On Saturday, July 9th 2011 Shawn explains to Lisa court room evidence Health Canada ignores: “I can’t use those in court, [letters to a manufacturer from a customer] that is pure hearsay evidence, not admissible at all. But, I can call the people who wrote the letters, put them on the stand, they can swear to tell the truth and that is the highest level of evidence in court, personal testimony. Which is interesting because Health Canada completely ignores it and courts privilege it. It kind of raises the question, who is the best source of information as to whether or not a treatment works for you? It’s you, you’re the one that knows.”
