It can form part of a layered and detailed introduction when presented with the three subsequent items on this page.

THE CHARTER OF HEALTH FREEDOM GROWS IN IMPORTANCE BY SHAWN BUCKLEY

8 ½ x 11 | 1 DOUBLE-SIDED PAGE + 1 SINGLE PAGE  (OR 3 PAGES) | BLACK AND WHITE

Shawn Buckley refers to several recent legal judgments he has witnessed first-hand, which demonstrate that courts refuse to hear evidence that would point to constitutional concerns with the current regulatory system. If evidence which would prove harm is routinely kept from legal scrutiny, none of us have rights. He demonstrates that the Charter of Health Freedom is more vital now that when it was first drafted.

CHARTER OF HEALTH FREEDOM SUMMARY

8.5 x 11 page | 1 DOUBLE-SIDED PAGE | BLACK AND WHITE

The Charter of Health Freedom is the answer to the current regulatory crisis. It is the only long-term solution and it is the reason we collect petition signatures. This handout explains the Charter. It outlines how the Charter will protect both the industry and the public, by providing a framework for effective regulation but within a ministry separate from Health Canada. This will ensure that the natural health community will never again be subject to the divided loyalties of an agency answerable to the pharmaceutical lobby.
