As a reminder, Bill C-368 is vital legislation introduced by MP Blaine Calkins, aimed at protecting Canada’s natural health industry. It seeks to repeal sections 500-504 of Bill C-47, which wrongly classify natural health products alongside pharmaceuticals. These regulations threaten to burden our industry with excessive fees and fines, limiting access to essential products.
