Campaign Coordinator

Natural Health Product Protection Association is looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join us in making a lasting change in Canada. As the Campaign Assistant, you will apply learned marketing knowledge to support campaigns through a variety of channels. Working closely with various NHPPA team members, you’ll help create impactful materials and manage campaigns that engage Canadians and drive action.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience managing the entire design process, from concept creation to campaign execution.
  • A Degree, Diploma, or relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva with a strong eye for design; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends across social, digital, and traditional platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Kit, or other email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or HTML is an asset.
  • Experience producing web videos, live feeds, and other multimedia content is a bonus.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Rumble, X, and TikTok.
  • A collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed, embodying the mindset that “everything is figureoutable.”

What You’ll Do:

  • Write and design impactful content and materials for campaigns, including website content, blogs, webinars, videos, and social media campaigns.
  • Assist in the development and execution of campaigns targeting various stakeholders, including consumers, retailers, manufacturers, practitioners, MPs, and media, to both raise awareness and incite action.
  • Create engaging graphics, videos, PDFs, and other multimedia content for campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with NHPPA’s brand identity, tone, and messaging.
  • Support the NHPPA team by ensuring campaign materials are completed on time and meet the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Manage schedules, track campaign progress, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns through data and metrics, as needed.
  • Facilitate internal communication and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

Position details:

Hours: Contract, 20 hours per week with opportunities for growth
Remuneration: commensurate with experience
Location: fully remote
