This response was received by a Canadian citizen from their MP Jasraj Singh Hallan, Member of Parliament for Calgary Forest Lawn.
As MP Hallan states, “there are already existing regulations that ensure natural health products are safe for Canadians to use”.
It’s clear that many MPs have come to the same conclusion, as Bill C-368 was officially adopted on May 29th after receiving a majority vote, and will now be sent to the Standing Committee on Health for an in-depth examination.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to every citizen who took the time to engage with their MP, and to every MP who voted in favour of Bill C-368, including MP Hallan.
