Healing Breast From Cancer Naturally
Jayne Pritchard

Jayne Pritchard is a longtime broadcaster from Barrie, Ontario, who spent nearly 40 years with CTV/CKVR as a talk show host, reporter, and news anchor. In 2018, her life changed when she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. Already familiar with natural health approaches, Jayne chose not to undergo chemotherapy. Instead, she pursued intravenous vitamin C, homeopathy, acupuncture, and other supportive therapies while also undergoing multiple surgeries. Her personal experience led her to write a book, sharing both her journey and practical health and wellness tips.
In this interview, Jayne recounts her breast cancer diagnosis and how she rejected chemotherapy after learning about its risks and limited benefits. Supported by her husband’s earlier research into alternative therapies, she found confidence in high-dose vitamin C treatments and complementary care. She describes her difficult surgical experiences, the emotional toll of reconstruction setbacks, and how she relied on homeopathy and acupuncture to heal. Jayne also shares her “Top 10 Health and Wellness Tips,” emphasizing exercise, nutrition, hydration, reduced toxins, healthy fats, stress management, and gratitude. Her message to Ottawa is clear: Canadians must retain the right to access supplements and therapies that support their health, as these interventions can be life-saving and empowering.
