We’re down to the final 30 days to sign the registered e-petition for Bill C-368 before it closes on December 8, 2024.
This bill, introduced by MP Blaine Calkins, aims to protect your right to access natural health products (NHPs) by repealing harmful sections of Bill C-47, which moved NHPs into the same regulatory category as over-the-counter pharmaceutical drugs.
Under these changes, many natural health products could vanish from store shelves, and those that remain may become prohibitively expensive. Bill C-368 seeks to stop these changes by repealing sections 500 to 504 of Bill C-47, restoring the regulatory status quo for natural health products.
