From Chronic Fatigue to Healing

Janice Amirault

Janice Amirault is a registered holistic nutritionist from Nova Scotia whose health journey began after she was struck with debilitating fatigue at age 38. Formerly a cosmetology teacher, she became suddenly disabled, unable to climb stairs, walk her dogs, or continue teaching. After being dismissed by specialists and denied disability coverage, Janice sought help from a holistic practitioner who identified mercury poisoning from improperly removed dental amalgams. Her recovery through diet, detoxification, and supplements inspired her to retrain as a nutritionist and dedicate her career to helping others.

In this interview, Janice shares how she reclaimed her life through a gradual process of eliminating candida, changing her diet, and detoxifying heavy metals. She now helps clients with autoimmune conditions, weight challenges, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, and more by focusing on root causes, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. She discusses her success stories, including clients who reversed psoriasis and arthritis without medication. Janice emphasizes the power of whole foods, gut health, and emotional healing for long-term wellness. She also voices concerns about Health Canada’s restrictions on natural health practitioners, calling for Canadians to defend their right to choose natural approaches.
