In this interview, naturopathic doctor Dr Sean Caesar explains what naturopathic medicine is, the extensive training required to become a naturopathic doctor, and how his patient-centered, holistic approach differs from the mainstream medical system. Drawing on more than 25 years of clinical experience, he discusses chronic pain management, regenerative injection therapies such as prolotherapy and PRP, endometriosis, cancer care, and prevention. Dr Caesar describes how many patients turn to naturopathic care after conventional treatments fail and why individualized treatment and long-term prevention are essential to restoring quality of life.

Dr. Sean Caeser is a licensed naturopathic doctor in the provinces of Manitoba and British Columbia. He has been practicing naturopathic medicine since 1999 and currently helps patients at the Centre for Natural Pain Solutions in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has a special focus on alternative cancer treatments/therapies and chronic pain. He has also worked at the Natural Health Sciences Research Clinic in Lake Oswego, Oregon where he researched natural medicines. He served as Instructor and Director of Curriculum at the Manitoba College of Homeopathic Medicine and is the first Naturopathic Physician to represent Complementary Therapy at the Health Sciences Centre, Mature Women’s Health Program.

Dr. Caeser graduated in 1999 from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, the longest standing accredited naturopathic college in North America. Prior to this 4 year full time medical program, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with honours from the University of Winnipeg (Biology). Dr. Caeser has advanced training in IV therapy, prolotherapy, neural therapy, mesotherapy, mistletoe therapy for cancer, CranioSacral therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, and oxidative therapies including ozone and hydrogen peroxide.
