The NHPPA Show Goes Live TonightJoin Us Live Tonight, Wednesday, October 14 at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET.On October 7, Liberal members of the Standing Committee on Health voted down every clause. The bill was gutted at committee. It would have taken most natural health products out of the Food and Drugs Act definition of “therapeutic product” and rolled back the changes made through Bill C-47. Shawn Buckley testified to the committee on October 5. Tonight he will walk through what the committee did, what it means for access, and where the effort to push back Health Canada’s over-regulation goes from here. This vote does not end the fight. It shows how determined Ottawa is to keep natural health products inside a drug-style regime they do not belong in. Regular segments are on as well:

IMPORTANT: Check Your Junk Folder
Check your junk folder for NHPPA emailsSome large email filters are currently sorting messages from info@nhppa.org into junk or spam by mistake. This is a delivery problem on the filter side, not a problem with your account, and not a sign that NHPPA has done anything wrong. This applies to all of our outgoing email. If you wrote to us and did not receive a reply, this is the reason. Please bear with us while we correct it. We will reply again to everyone who did not get an answer. We are already working with our email provider to fix the problem. Until that is finished, please take one minute to make sure our messages reach you. Open your junk or spam folder and look for mail from info@nhppa.org. If you find one, mark it as not junk, or right-click and choose Move to Inbox. That tells your email program this sender is safe, and it should help the next message land in your inbox. Please do this even if you usually read our emails without trouble. A message may already be sitting in your junk folder. If you do not see anything from us in either folder, you are fine. No further action is needed.
Replay: NHPPA Talk Forum with MP Dean AllisonThe replay of the October 7 NHPPA Talk Forum with MP Dean Allison is now available.Shawn Buckley and Dean Allison walk through the Allison Inquiry, from the first conversation after the Charter of Health Freedom drop-off on Parliament Hill last year to four days of testimony that gave vaccine-injured Canadians a public hearing. Dean explains why he chaired it, why so few MPs were willing to sit at the table at the start, and what changed once the stories were on the record. The same day this conversation was recorded, the Standing Committee on Health gutted Bill C-224. Shawn and Dean talk plainly about what that vote says about how Parliament works, why members of Parliament often do not share our frame of reference, and why the work does not stop here. Dean also says other MPs have already asked him to help hold town halls so more Canadians can tell their stories. This is an impactful hour if you want to understand both the Inquiry and the details of Candian parliament. Watch the replay and share it with someone who still thinks these stories are not being heard.

We are building something essential: NHPPA TV, a dedicated platform for our broadcast content. More than just a TV streaming site, this is part of a larger, secure system of backups designed to keep us online even under censorship pressure. When governments and platforms restrict or remove truthful health information, this system, including NHPPA TV will ensure supporters can still access our shows, updates, and educational material without interruption. The work is underway. Designing, developing, and securing this platform takes real resources. So does keeping the rest of NHPPA operating as an independent, grassroots organization. Any amount helps. Your donation directly funds the infrastructure that protects access to natural health information and keeps this movement connected. We are building the tools to stay live, stay independent, and keep Canadians informed. Donate today and help bring NHPPA TV online.
