Summer is here, and so is one of our most important campaigns yet!
We are thrilled to launch a summer petition drive to collect signatures in support of the Charter of Health Freedom.
With over 134,000 signatures to date, our goal is to reach 250,000 to show Parliament how much this issue matters to Canadians.
We need YOU to help make this happen!
- Download the Petition Kit: Visit charterofhealthfreedom.org to print the signature collection page in English, French, or Chinese.
- Collect Signatures: Bring the petition to your summer barbecues, family gatherings, and community events. Every signature counts! But remember—only sign this petition ONCE.
- Submit Completed Petitions: Mail the completed pages to NHPPA.
Tips for Collecting Signatures:
Explain the importance of the Charter of Health Freedom as the PERMANENT SOLUTION to the over-regulation of the natural health industry. Consider showing them our short educational video!
Engage and inform on the benefits of protecting natural health products, such as illness prevention and treatment, job creation, and reducing the burden on our healthcare system.
Encourage friends and family to join the effort.

If you’re new to learning about The Charter of Health Freedom, here’s what you need to know:
- Health Canada has repeatedly sought to impose pharmaceutical-style regulations on the natural health industry without considering the negative repercussions, and directly opposing the wishes of Canadians.
- The Charter of Health Freedom is OUR SOLUTION.
- The Charter is proposed legislation that creates a separate legal category for natural health products and traditional medicines, independent from the Food and Drugs Act.
- The Charter removes Health Canada’s power over the industry, appointing a new Ministry of Wellness dedicated to protecting and promoting our access to natural health products and traditional medicines.
By supporting The Charter, you stand up for fair and balanced regulations that allow the removal of unsafe products while ensuring safe treatments remain available.
