This approach examines how our culture literally makes us sick. Singer focuses on “culturogenic” diseases (conditions caused by lifestyle and cultural norms rather than genetics or chance). Key topics include:
Singer stresses the importance of questioning habits that put fashion and profit ahead of physiology. He empowers viewers to make simple, low-cost changes that support natural health. Watch the full replay and you might start to consider how these insights apply to your own life. The episode is now available as a permanent Talk Forum show.
