Your Land Replays + Briefs Revival 2026-07-15

Your Land 3-Part Replay Now Available

The fight to protect natural health products is inseparable from the fight for secure land rights. Farmers cannot grow real food and medicine when governments and courts quietly erode private property and original Crown grants.

On July 9, 2026 we held our second Your Land event live at Onoway Community Hall. The full edited replay is now available in three parts.

Part 1Shawn Buckley opens with a hard-hitting introduction on Crown grants and constitutional issues. Bruce Pardy explains how property is an extension of liberty and how the managerial state is dismantling it. Leighton Grey follows with sharp insight into Aboriginal title claims and their impact on private ownership.

Part 2 – The speakers return for their second lectures, digging deeper into the legal foundations, court decisions, and real-world consequences for rural Canada.

Part 3 – Full panel discussion with Shawn Buckley, Bruce Pardy, Leighton Grey, and Teresa Buckley, followed by open-mic Q&A from the audience.

This series cuts through the confusion and shows exactly what is happening to land rights across Canada and why it threatens the future of natural health and food sovereignty.

Watch all three parts now and share them widely. Understanding these issues is the first step toward defending them.

NHPPA Launches Homeopathic Network to Defend Natural Health Access

Homeopathy is in danger

Homeopathic practitioners across Canada are facing increasing regulatory pressures that threaten their ability to practice and, more importantly, limit patients’ access to the care they choose and trust. These growing challenges risk restricting or even eliminating access to homeopathy for thousands of Canadians who rely on it as part of their health and wellness journey.

To meet this threat head-on, the NHPPA has launched the NHPPA Homeopathic Network. This new portal delivers essential resources for practitioners and the public alike, including educational seminars, presentations, and up-to-date materials. It equips homeopaths and patients to understand regulatory developments and take practical action to protect access to this vital traditional system of medicine.

Shawn Buckley Submits Strong Brief on Compounding Policies in Support of Homepathic Practitioners

NHPPA President Shawn Buckley has filed a detailed brief opposing Health Canada’s proposed Natural Health Product Compounding and Raw Materials Policies. The brief demonstrates that these policies exceed federal authority by interfering in the practice of medicine, a matter under provincial jurisdiction. Health Canada is attempting to add unauthorized restrictions that would make it harder for practitioners to prepare individualized natural health products for patients.

We must push back. These overreaches directly threaten access to personalized care.

If you are a homeopath, join the NHPPA Homeopathic Network today. If you are a patient, tell your homeopath about this initiative and our action kits and office cards. Together we will defend access to homeopathy.

Next Week: NHPPA Talk Forum Reprise With Sean Caesar & Natahsa Lissos

Since Shawn was in Ottawa on official business, he was unable to record a new Talk Forum. So we are sharing this powerful replay from our March NHPPA Talk Forum.

Dr. Sean Caesar, a medical doctor with 45 years of practice in family medicine, palliative care, emergency medicine, and integrative approaches, joins the conversation on what real health looks like. He shares critical insights into widespread nutritional deficiencies in Canada — particularly Vitamin D, Vitamin C, magnesium, and lithium — and how they affect everything from immune and brain function, bone health to mood, and chronic illness.

Natasha Lissos, a certified nutritionist and researcher, complements the discussion with practical strategies for addressing these gaps through diet, targeted supplementation, and understanding how our modern food supply contributes to the problem.

This forum cuts through the confusion and shows why informed choices about nutrition are essential to true health freedom.

The reprise will be broadcast live with Jason Dahl in the chat. Join us, watch along, and share your thoughts and questions.

Don’t Let Them Forget About C-224 — Write A Brief Today!

Bill C-224 has already received 31 briefs, with all but one strongly in support. That is an incredible showing. For context, highly controversial and widely publicized bills like C-9 and C-22 only received around 50 briefs total. Let’s match, or even beat, those numbers and send a clear message that Canadians demand protection for natural health products and informed choice.

The committee is on summer break right now. That gives us the perfect window to hit them with a deluge of briefs for their return. Let’s make it impossible for them to ignore the strength of our movement.

Writing a brief is easier than you think. You do not need to be a lawyer or an expert. Your voice as a Canadian who values health freedom matters.

We have made it simple. Our complete C-224 Brief Writing Kit walks you through the process step by step, with templates, key points, and everything you need.
