Do You Own Your Land? A Special Online Saturday Event
Rebroadcast + Live Panel
Saturday, May 9, 11:30AM PT / 2:30PM ET
At NHPPA we defend the right to grow, produce, and access natural health products. That fight now includes land rights—because none of it happens without secure access to healthy soil and farmers who can operate without constant regulatory interference.
On Saturday, May 9 we are rebroadcasting our powerful March event, Your Land, followed by a live panel where we answer your questions.
What You Will See:
Pre-taped lectures from
Shawn Buckley, constitutional lawyer and NHPPA President, exposing how Crown grants, original patents, and deeds still govern land rights in Canada—and why governments have quietly overridden them.
Bruce Pardy, Professor of Law, Senior Fellow at the Fraser Institute, and Executive Director of Rights Probe, on how the administrative state is eroding private property.
New content from
Leighton Grey, Alberta constitutional lawyer, Queen’s Counsel, and Status Indian, who brings both legal expertise and personal insight into Aboriginal title claims, land acknowledgments, and their impact on every Canadian’s property rights.
After the presentations, join Shawn Buckley, Bruce Pardy, and Teresa Buckley for a live panel (beginning approximately 3:30 PM PT) where they will directly address the questions you have submitted on Crown land, municipal bylaws, deeds versus parcel registers, and what citizens can do to protect their property.
This matters. When governments and courts can disregard original land grants and treat private property as conditional, the foundation for natural farming, food sovereignty, and natural health products is threatened. We refuse to let that happen without a fight.
Mark your calendar and join us live. This is information every Canadian who values freedom and property rights needs to hear.
Share this with friends and family. The more people understand what is happening to land rights in Canada, the stronger our collective voice becomes.
Protect access. Defend property rights. Take action.
Date & Time: Saturday, May 9, 2026 Event starts: 11:30 AM PT / 2:30 PM ET Live panel: ~3:30 PM PT
Special Guest Dr. Dayan Goodenowe on Saskatchewan’s Bill 55
Join us for the next episode of the NHPPA Show as we welcome special guest Dr. Dayan Goodenowe, PhD. This leading neuroscientist, biochemist, inventor, and clinical research expert will examine Saskatchewan’s Bill 55 and its potential consequences for health freedom in Canada.
Dr. Goodenowe invented and patented ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry technology, which enabled the first comprehensive monitoring of human biochemistry. He has analyzed blood samples from tens of thousands of individuals across countries and age groups, comparing healthy biochemistry with that of people facing conditions such as autism, dementia, colon cancer, heart disease, and others. His work has identified early biochemical patterns linked to disease and mortality risk, resulting in an extensive patent portfolio for diagnostic tests. He is also the author of Breaking Alzheimer’s.
This discussion matters. Bill 55 expands the investigative and prosecutorial powers of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan regarding the “unlawful practice of medicine.” Many in the natural health and wellness community are concerned it could restrict practitioners, clinics, and businesses that support informed choice and non-conventional approaches.
Dr. Goodenowe will share his urgent concerns and insights into how this legislation could affect access to natural health options and personal health decisions.
Tune in next week: Tuesday, May 13 at 4:00 PM PT at nhppa.org/live.
All the usual segments will be featured, along with this important conversation you do not want to miss.
Watch live and share with your network. Stay informed and ready to act on threats to health freedom.

NHPPA Bill C-224 Brief Submitted and Accepted
Add Your Voice: NHPPA’s Brief Has Been Submitted and Accepted — Now It’s Your Turn
Great news — NHPPA has officially submitted our formal brief to the Standing Committee on Health in support of Bill C-224, and it has been accepted and published.
This is a critical opportunity to push back against the harmful regulatory changes hidden in the 2023 Budget Bill that threaten access to natural health products. The Committee needs to hear strongly from professionals and everyday Canadians who understand why informed choice and access to NHPs matter.
Expert briefs carry significant weight, and several have already been submitted and published. However, one major brief opposes C-224, which means your voice is more important than ever.
We have made the process straightforward. Our detailed guidance walks you through exactly how to structure and submit a brief so it is accepted and published. You do not need to be a formal expert. A clear, personal account of why natural health products are important to you or your patients is powerful.
Take action today. Follow our instructions, write your brief, and submit it before the committe finishes its deliberations.
Every additional submission strengthens the case for health freedom and helps protect access to the natural health products Canadians rely on.
Submit your brief now — instructions and templates are available on our website.
Keep Educating the Standing Committee on Health—On the Daily
Thousands of you have already stepped up — sending letters, making calls, and helping push Bill C-224 forward. That’s what got us here.
Now we need to keep the pressure on the Standing Committee on Health. Head back to the C-224 Action Page and take another step — send an e-letter, make a call, or send a physical letter or fax. One action a day keeps the pressure on and helps ensure Bill C-224 passes through committee as written.
This edition includes the full original interview plus important new content on exactly how and why so many of us have become thiamine deficient. Watch it now and share with anyone struggling with fatigue, brain fog, or chronic symptoms.
Major initiatives are underway — and the fight is accelerating. From pushing Bill C-224 through committee to demanding Parliament act on the Charter of Health, this work is only possible because of supporters like you. If you want to see these efforts succeed, please consider making a donation today. Help power the fight and keep this movement moving forward.
