Last Chance to Speak Out: Six Amendments Threaten Bill C-368
The time to act is now. Bill C-368 was introduced to reverse harmful changes made in the 2023 Budget Bill, in an effort to restore the fair regulation of natural health products (NHPs) that existed before they were moved into the therapeutic products category. Bill C-368 would protect NHPs from excessive $5 million-per-day fines and unreasonable restrictions designed for pharmaceutical giants.

The Standing Committee on Health is reviewing six proposed amendments that, if accepted, could completely undermine Bill C-368’s purpose and protections.
This is a critical moment to show MPs that Canadians demand better. The committee meets on Thursday, November 28th, at 3:30 pm ET, so we must flood their inboxes and voicemails now.
