Bill C-368 passed Second Reading on May 29 2024, but the journey is not over.
Bill C-368 will now move to the Standing Committee on Health for a thorough review. This committee will conduct an in-depth examination, calling witnesses to testify and hearing from industry stakeholders about the impacts of Health Canada’s new regulations.
