Information About Natural Health Products Is Being Censored Under Bill C-47

Since Bill C-47 became law on June 23, 2023, Health Canada has the power to impose pharmaceutical-level fines on natural health products companies.

Bill C-368, introduced by MP Blaine Calkins, aims to protect the natural health industry in Canada by repealing the burdensome regulations introduced by Bill C-47, Canada’s 2023 Budget Bill.
