Bill C-368 is a Private Member’s Bill brought to the House of Commons on December 5, 2023, by MP Blaine Calkins after consultation with Mr. Shawn Buckley. This Bill aims to repeal sections 500-504 of Bill C-47. These sections of our annual Budget Bill are widely expected to devastate the natural health product industry.
If successful, Bill C-368 will repeal sections 500-504 of Bill C-47 that are putting the Canadian natural health product industry at risk.
